When the historic Young Quinlan building asked for a Corner Coffee, we were honest: we didn't think we had the means to pull it off. We listed everything it would take, and somehow they said yes. Twenty-eight days later, we opened the doors on our newest café yet.
Bringing the neighborhood to Nicollet Mall
Right in the heart of downtown Minneapolis on Nicollet Mall, our goal is simple: bring some of that same Minneapolis neighborhood feeling downtown, a quick, familiar stop for skyway commuters and city wanderers alike.
